This book was a interesting book. It takes place in a warm sunny day in April and Dana's family is having an egg hunt birthday party for Dana's sister brandy.While they where having the egg hunt Dana goes out further and finds a strange looking egg wrapped around with veins. Dana keeps the egg in his drawer and it hatches later on and a mushy,slimy,yellow,egg looking blob came out.The next day he took it to a science center and the scientist examined it.Afterwards he said that it was a monster from mars and right after he heard that he wanted to take it home to show everyone. When the scientist heard him say that he looked at him,locked the door and told him that he could never leave the place.
